If you have looked up in the sky lately, you might have noticed the two brightest lights in the sky approaching each other. The brighter of the two, Venus, is catching up to Jupiter - and on March 13 the conjunction will be exact. Let us take a look at this in terms of Visual Astrology.

Venus cannot be more than 48 degrees from the Sun and right now, she is about 45 degrees away from the Sun. This means that Venus is extremely bright in the sky at this time, almost at maximum brightness and what a beautiful sight it is!

In Visual Astrology, Venus radiates and empowers the area of the sky that she occupies. Venus is thus radiating and empowering Jupiter who represents "The Crown Prince". This can be an actual crown prince or some other person who is very close to power but not actually "in" power. Venus is helping the Crown Prince, making him stronger and more powerful. And he is going to need all the help he can get!

This Venus Jupiter conjunction is taking place is what is known as "The Stare of Cetus the Whale" - an ominous part of the sky. If you look at the sky map you can see the eye of Cetus staring back at Venus and Jupiter. Jupiter the Crown Prince is in some kind of trouble, a scary or difficult situation - but Venus is there to help him overcome it!

Watch the news over the next couple of days to see how this is going to play out in the world at a mundane level. I am from Denmark originally, so of course my first thoughts go to crown prince Frederik of Denmark and I will be keeping an eye on the Danish news.
